God’s Grace is for Everyone

Summary: God’s ways are greater than our ways. He welcomes all who turn to Him and gives mercy freely.
Challenge: Let go of envy and comparison. Trust God’s goodness and rejoice when others receive His grace.
Action Step: Encourage someone who feels left out. Remind that person that God’s love is always near.
Verse to Remember: “Are you envious because I am generous?” (Matthew 20:15)

RUMMAGE SALE –  The Ladies Altar Society will be hosting a rummage sale October 1 – 3 starting at 8:00 am. Rummaging will continue until 3:00 pm each day.   Please bring all of your treasures to the Parish Hall before September 27th.  This can be knick-knacks, tools, furniture, clothes, etc.  For more information, please contact Angie Nance @ (601)791-8119

LADIES ALTAR SOCIETY – We meet every Second Saturday at 11:00 am.  Bring a dish to share.

CCD STARTED TODAY – DID YOU REMEMBER? – CCD will begin at 9:15 sharp.  Please have your child here on time.  You can pick your child up in the parish hall @10:30.  If you have not yet registered your child/children, please see Patricia Howell after Mass

MASS INTENTIONS – There is a book on the back table to request Mass Intentions.  Please PRINT the requested information and then place your $10 donation (based on the Mass intention) in an envelope marked “Mass Intention” in the collection basket.  We will publish the intentions of the Mass in the bulletin, and Father Charles will mention the intention in the Mass.  A Mass intention can be for anything good

CLEANING MINISTRY – We need people to help us keep God’s House clean.  If you are interested in helping, please contact or speak to Barbara Robicheaux.  Thank you for considering this ministry.

FRIDAYS – Join us at St. Lucy in Lucedale every Friday at 3:00 PM in the church for Holy Hour, Divine Mercy, and the Rosary. Everyone is welcome to attend.

FRASSATI FELLOWSHIP is the Diocese of Biloxi Young Adult Ministry. This is open to any young adult (18-35) in any season of life. If you have any questions, text Marianne at 832-274-5325

ONGOING MINISTRY – Please participate as you are able…Mercy Cross Center is requesting the following donations: Backpacks, men’s clothing and shoes, tents, sleeping bags, sheets and blankets, zippered pouches, new underwear for men and women, socks, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, books, puzzles, playing cards, colors, and coloring books. There is a box in the back of the church for your donations if you would like to bring them here. You can also bring them to the center yourself if you would like. The center is located at 390 Crusaders Drive in Biloxi.  They are not open every day.  Their regular hours are Mon – Thu from noon until 4 pm, and they close early on Fridays.  You can call 228-374-9679 for more information.
